How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?

If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.

May I bring drinks and food to a class?

We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please. We have bottled water for $1 for your convenience.

Do I need weights?

We provide all your equipment for you. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using heavy weights.

Do I need special clothes or equipment?

Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
